My central air conditioning unit wasn't putting out cool air. I called Ron's and within an hour Don called me back and ran me through all of the things it might be. Then, within a couple hours he was at the house and through a process of elimination determined what the problem was and had the air conditioning unit running like a champ. He very easily could have said that the compressor was shot, but instead, he tried a simpler fix with the capacitor, and found that to be the faulty part.......a fraction of the potential repair costs. Finding a professional honest technician like Don was a God send!!! On that day, his company gained a very loyal and grateful customer. Thanx so much Don!!!!! We'll all be able to sleep a little better on these muggy summer nights. Cheers!!!
I have no problem with the technician...he was quick and courteous...my complaint is that they charged me $80.00 an hour travel time plus $30.00 truck time....so with parts and labor which took about 3 hours to diagnose and actual repair....i was charged 1466.35..plus gst 73.32 plus pst 87.98 for a total of $1627.65.....will never deal with them again...the technician told me it would be a cheap fix.....instead i feel like i was ripped off.
